Location

North and southbound on Highway 101 from the Santa Clara/San Mateo County line to the I-380 interchange.

Cost

Prices change depending on real-time traffic levels. Prices are higher during peak travel hours and lower when traffic decreases. All vehicles must have a valid FasTrak toll tag to use express lanes during tolling hours.

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday
5:00 am – 8:00 pm, both directions

Express lanes are free and open to all vehicles outside of these hours.

Method of Payment

  • You must use a FasTrak Flex or FasTrak CAV toll tag to receive discounts.
  • Set the switch to match the number of people in the vehicle (motorcycles and 2-seater vehicles carrying 2 people should use position 3+).
  • Standard toll tags will always be charged the full toll.
